About the
Program
The Inspired Mentoring and Leadership
Program, a division of the Phoenix
Coaching and Transformation Corporation,
grew out of Moreah’s long-held
desire to share her experience
and insights and thus to contribute
to the awakening of divine power
within humanity. Several years
ago, with this desire burning
deeply in her heart, Moreah spoke
with her friend Laura Day, an
internationally acclaimed author
and professional intuitive. In
the course of the conversation,
Laura was shown a vision foretelling
that Moreah would soon create
and offer a unique teaching program
that would initiate tremendous
transformation within participating
mentors and students alike. In
launching the Inspired Mentoring
and Leadership Program in 2002,
Moreah fulfilled her destiny as
seen in Laura’s vision.
To date, the program has 21 certified
life-coach and psychotherapist
graduates.
Moreah understands that enlightenment
means being awake to one’s
inalterable reality and identity,
and that to awaken ourselves,
we must awaken all those whom
we attract into our lives. Further,
she understands and teaches that
we are the cause, and in no way
at the effect, of each life experience
in which we participate.
While the program’s approach
is decidedly altruistic, Moreah
has found that as she assists
her students in becoming freed
from their self-limiting beliefs,
she continues to receive these
same benefits for herself. Moreah
has modeled the Inspired Mentoring
and Leadership Program on the
concept that what is most treasured
needs to be given away, so that,
through sharing, it is maintained
and increased. Moreah treasures
these attributes the most: truth,
love, the protection of innocence
(real forgiveness), the total
relinquishment of guilt, and the
wisdom she gained as a longtime
student of A
Course in Miracles, or
“the Course.” A
Course in Miracles is a
spiritual self-study program which
aims to teach the real meaning
of forgiveness and love, and in
so doing, to awaken authentic
love and self-awareness within
the student. Being an active student
of the Course is a prerequisite
for participants in the Inspired
Mentoring and Leadership Program.
An intuitive psychotherapist,
registered family mediator, personal
and corporate coach, and an inspirational
speaker and author, Moreah is
also a certified teacher and facilitator
of the Demartini Method ™.
She is accredited by the Concourse
of Wisdom, a metaphysical institution
in Houston, Texas, founded by
Dr. John F. Demartini.
Because Moreah was herself mentored
and guided in the late 1980s by
her non-physical spiritual teacher
Helen Schucman, she recognized
that mentoring facilitated tremendous
spiritual advancement, in a greatly
shortened period of time, when
the laws of love and truth were
unveiled and applied.

The
Inspired Mentoring and Leadership
Program
The goal of the Inspired Mentoring
and Leadership Program is to awaken
the student to their inherent
divinity, power, abundance, and
innocence. The program is designed
to shatter conscious and unconscious
fear and guilt-based illusions
and disabling self-limiting beliefs
which the student has unknowingly
adopted. It is an eight-month
integrative model, which commences
in September of each year. The
program is taught in twelve consecutive
levels.
Level 1
- The Power of Intention
In this level, the student will
explore how to set an intention,
what motivates that intention,
and then learn how to negotiate
all that seems to come into conflict
with it. We will learn the transformative
principle and commonly asked question
in A
Course in Miracles, "What
is it for?" We will focus
on learning about the power of
the mind and the creative ability
of thought and will identify all
values and concepts that appear
to be blocking our intention from
manifesting.
Level 2
- Defining Self
In the second level, we will explore
archetypal patterns of influence
and identify key character defence
mechanisms. We will learn that
each and every person is in interactive
play with only his or her own
hidden thoughts, fears, and desires.
We will learn how to define our
individual mission here on earth
and explore how past experiences
have paved the way to that mission.
Level 3
- Disillusionment
At level three, we will continuously
equalize our frame of thinking.
The Course teaches that only love
is real and nothing else exists
and that being conscious of this
is the only path to peace and
enlightenment. We will be taught
methods with which to collapse
the illusion of good and bad in
as many people, events, and situations
as possible.
Level 4
- The Witness and the Power of
Attention
In level four, we will become
the witness—the director
in our lives, rather than the
actor. We will look at the small
self and the games it plays, hear
its voice, and learn how not to
be so influenced by it. We will
observe, own, and integrate all
the small selves we encounter,
both in our private and professional
lives. We will learn to know that
we are the Real Self behind the
persona and learn to look with
love and non-judgment on our illusory
ego-self.
Level 5
- Intuition and Play
This level is focused on our intuitive
capacity. We will learn the three
ways in which we receive guidance
and discover which of these ways
is more dominant for each of us.
In this level, we will learn through
play. We will uncover the difference
between intuitive information
and wishful thinking, unveil the
mysteries of the paranormal, and
understand special spiritual gifts
such as seeing the future, reading
auras, or mind-reading. We will
hone our natural intuitive abilities
and learn to master the skills
involved with the intuitive process.
Level 6
- Power vs. Force
Level six teaches the defining
aspects and differences between
power and force. We will look
at how these two energies role-play
in our life and in the lives of
those with whom we interact. We
will be given tools with which
to differentiate between the two
and to keep us in our authentic
power in our everyday interactions.
Level 7
- Inspiration vs. Desperation
Level seven explores that there
are only two motives through which
we operate in the world—inspiration
and desperation. This level teaches
the difference between them. Once
aware of these differences, we
can consciously choose to joyfully
"accept as is," practice
real forgiveness, and thus love
all of life’s expressions
through inspiration. From this
foundation, our divine will becomes
free at last, and dormant creative
power flow into every area of
our life.
Level 8
- Void Births Value
In level eight, we will explore
the dynamics of how a perceived
void drives us through desperation
until inspiration emerges. We
will investigate what attracts
us and what repels us and why
things affect us as they do. We
will learn specific techniques
with which to integrate these
polarities, so we may live in
the here and now. Synchronicities,
illusions of time and space, and
coincidence will also be explored
and understood.
Level 9
- The Power of Choice
Level nine will introduce the
awakening and liberating power
of upholding innocence regardless
of what the physical senses report.
Defenselessness is taught and
integrated as a reflection of
perfect knowledge and truth. Its
usefulness in empowering us to
overcome any painful memory is
proven. We will discover why choice
is a power that not many understand.
We will explore why people fear
choice and discover why the only
real choice is love.
Level 10
- Spirit-Mind-Body Connection
In this level, we will uncover
the proper hierarchy of the spirit-mind-body
connection. We will learn how
these levels of being interact
both in a person and in a business
“body." We will learn
about the values of the mind in
relation to the health of the
body. We will explore the chakras
and learn how to use them as helpful
information centers which can
assist us in letting go of unrecognized
wounds. We will attune ourselves
to listen to and recognize the
lingo associated with the corresponding
chakra and retrieve specific information
from that source.
Level 11
- Our Mirroring Relationships
At level eleven, we live in the
truth that there is in reality
only one shared mind and thus
only one of us here. This level
will teach us that all other ideas
and cosmic laws stem from this
one idea. We will learn how to
look at others and recognize only
ourselves. We will see how our
thoughts, both conscious and unconscious,
become the projections we cast
onto others to mitigate our deep
feelings of guilt. We will learn
to collapse the fear associated
with this reality, and learn how
to communicate our needs and values
in relation to the needs and values
of others.
Level 12
- Altruism, Integrity, and our
Honor Code
In our final level, we will discover
that spirituality is an altruistic
path and that there is only one
divine and perfect presence. We
will explore the absolute necessity
of protecting the innocence of
others, so that we can retain
the awareness of our own innocence.
Further, as we conclude the program,
we will create an honor code to
live by, which fosters our ongoing
discipline of retraining the mind
and steering it away from fear
and back to love.
Certificate
Upon completion of the program,
the student is awarded a certificate
acknowledging that he or she has
received instruction and has lived
in congruence with the principles
of A
Course in Miracles, and
that they have acquired the foundational
tools to begin coaching others
in the principles they were taught.
Fees
The tuition fee is $5500 + GST,
payable in full prior to commencement
of the program. Alternatively,
payment may be made in two equal
installments of $2750.00 + GST,
due at the start and mid-way of
the program year.
The Advanced
Mentoring Program
The Advanced Mentoring and Leadership
Program is being offered exclusively
to prior graduates of the Inspired
Mentoring and Leadership Program.
In the advanced program, the prior-graduate
student will be taught the vertical
aspect to time, the illusion of
space, the truth about reincarnation,
and the advanced study of healing.
In addition, the graduate will
be assigned the mentorship of
a first-year student, and they
will be trained in Enneagram Personality
Typing, providing them with the
ability to do life-coaching through
this model.
The advanced program is offered
only every fifth year and will
commence in 2007. The twelve-month
program tuition fee is $6800 +
GST. Payments may be made in four
equal instalments.

In addition to the already successful Spiritual and Personal Growth Mentoring program, there are now programs for two additional arenas which are significantly supported by ongoing mentoring—the arenas of Marriage and Divorce.
The price for each global program includes all resources (listed with each program), as well as a copy of Moreah’s book Our Cosmic Dance: An Autobiography of Courage, Faith, and Spiritual Triumph.
All programs must be paid two weeks in advance. Prices are subject to GST for Canadian clients.
The Inspired Marriage Mentoring Program
$2500.00/couple
This is a six-month program that is aimed at deepening or restoring connections between life partners and spouses. Within the program, each partner is offered insights into their personality style, the impacts of that style on the relationship, and compassion and understanding towards the personality struggles and styles of both themselves and their partner.
The sessions with Moreah are 45 minutes in length and may be done either by phone or through Skype (a no-charge long-distance computer-to-computer conversation service). Sessions are offered three times a month and are scheduled by the couple as they are needed and as they can be accommodated by both their and Moreah’s schedules.
Transformative tools that will be introduced are geared towards:
 • Minimizing control issues
• Re-establishing sexual fire
• Increasing emotional intimacy
• Establishing effective communication
• Fighting fairly, and living with differences
• Discovering and linking values
• Noticing emotional “nudges” as calls for closeness
• Identifying what destines the marriage to failure

The Integrity Divorce Mentoring Program
$2500.00/couple
$1500.00/single
In this mentoring program, the attitudes and thought processes necessary to establish or maintain a civil and compassionate divorce for all affected family members are introduced and supported. The benefits of having a mentor to talk with, bounce ideas off, and discuss the normal fears and insecurities that are experienced, while being introduced to some effective “tools” which will soften the experience of divorce, are immeasurable. In this eight-month program, the divorcing couple or individual will be guided to reach the highest level of Self and action in dealing with the many decisions encompassed in the divorce process. Topics of concern which are supported through mentoring may include: the impacts of the divorce on kids, parenting plans, financial assessment of assets and liabilities, distance parenting implications, dating, schooling and extra-curricular activities, religion, child counseling, relocation, dealing with extended family, and conflict resolution strategies.
Participants will be offered two sessions with Moreah each month. These sessions are 45 minutes long and may be done either by phone or through Skype (a no-charge long-distance computer-to-computer conversation service). They are arranged by the couple/individual as they are needed and as they can be accommodated by both their and Moreah’s schedules.

The Spiritual and Personal Growth Mentoring Program
$2500.00/single
In this program, customized to YOU, you will be offered several choices as to the direction in which the mentoring can guide you. The mentee may decide whether they wish to focus on career, relationships (personal and professional), spirituality or personal growth, or on all of these. Each student will be paired with another mentee or graduate mentee of the Inspired Mentoring and Leadership Program. They will become intimately acquainted with the fascinating world of the non-physical dimension and will be introduced to both giving and receiving intuitive guidance. Each mentee will have a support “buddy” to lean on and do exercises with, throughout the six-month program.
The Program offers two forty-five minute sessions each month with Moreah, which are done either by phone or through Skype (a no-charge long-distance computer-to-computer conversation service). These sessions are scheduled by the individual as they are needed and as they can be accommodated by both their and Moreah’s schedules.
The Tools of Transformation© include:
• Developing honor codes
• Identifying values
• Self-forgiveness
• “How to” of contemplations and meditations.
The mentee will be introduced to six workbooks (one per month) providing guidance on the following:
